2020 Mazda CX-30 Wins 5-Star Overall Score for Vehicle Safety | Mission, TX
Fresh off its win in Insurance Institute for Highway Safety crash testing, where it earned the Top Safety Pick distinction, the 2020 Mazda CX-30 just nabbed another coveted safety title. This time, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration awarded the CX-30 SUV a 5-Star Overall Vehicle Score for Safety after putting it through the administration’s New Car Assessment Program.

While the Mazda CX-30 is designed meticulously to reduce injury and fatalities in the event of a collision, it more importantly offers a number of standard and available i-ACTIVSENSE® safety technologies that actively work to help stop collisions from happening at all under proper conditions. Standard technologies include Lane Departure Warning and Smart Brake Support with crash imminent braking and forward collision warning. Available technologies include Lane-keep Assist, Driver Attention Alert, High Beam Control, Blind Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross-Traffic Assist, an Adaptive Front-Lighting System, and Mazda Radar Cruise Control with Stop & Go.
